**Position Summary**

The Business Development & Logistics Coordinator will support TravelWifi’s regional growth by managing local logistics operations and coordinating sales initiatives. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both operational planning and relationship development. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth delivery of our products and services while identifying and supporting new business opportunities.

**Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (50%)**
- Identify and support opportunities for partnerships, B2B clients, and reseller networks within Singapore and surrounding regions.
- Support proposal development and presentations to corporate clients, military institutions, and travel partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to localize promotional efforts for the region.
- Assist in trade show and event preparation and follow-up lead conversion.

**Logistics & Operations Coordination (50%)**
- Manage inventory of WiFi devices, SIM cards, and accessories at the Singapore hub.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, customs clearance, and vendor coordination.
- Track order fulfillment accuracy and ensure timely distribution to end customers or partners.
- Support forecasting and procurement planning based on sales data and seasonal trends.
- Work closely with the global operations team to align procedures and reporting standards.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in logistics, operations coordination, or business development (preferably in tech, telecom, or travel sectors).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP/Inventory Management systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and coordinate across time zones.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with mobile data products, SIM/eSIM technology, or consumer electronics.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Mandarin or Malay language skills are a plus, but not required.
