We are seeking a highly motivated **Business Development Associate** to identify new opportunities, generate leads and support revenue growth. You’ll play a vital role in connecting with potential clients, nurturing prospects and contributing to business expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential clients or business channels
- Set up meetings and assist in pitch or presentation materials
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up workflows
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaign alignment
- Support proposal writing and basic contract prep if needed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive and comfortable reaching out to new contacts
- Detail-oriented with a basic understanding of sales pipelines
- Entry-level welcome; any internship or part-time sales experience a plus
