We are seeking a Marketing and Events Executive to join our dynamic team. As our Marketing and Events Executive, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing marketing strategies for the company and our clients, managing events, and ensuring the brand stories you create reaches new heights. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and to connect with key stakeholders.
- Plan, execute and manage a wide range of events including trade shows, product launches, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

- Professional qualifications in marketing, communications or related fields..
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and events, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- A working understanding of marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
