Are you a master of organization with a passion for event marketing? We’re seeking an **Events Marketing Associate **who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about creating memorable events. This position is open to fresh graduates as well

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of marketing events from concept through completion

2. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and transportation

3. Develop and execute marketing plans to maximize event attendance and engagement

4. Coordinate with external vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution

5. Oversee event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets

6. Create promotional materials and manage event-related content across social media channels

7. Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and feedback collection

8. Troubleshoot any on-site issues to ensure smooth event operations

1. Diploma or degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field

2. Proven experience in organizing and marketing events, with strong attention to detail

3. Excellent project management and organizational skills

4. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively

5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

6. Proficiency in event management software and digital marketing tools

7. Creative and strategic thinking with a focus on delivering high-quality events

8. Previous experience in a marketing or event management role is advantageous
