Role Description:
This position reports to the Human Resources (HR) Manager and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Maintain HR policies
2. Handle staff onboarding
3. Employee Engagement
4. Employee database maintenance
5. Digitalise HR data and process
6. Branding & Marketing
7. Paperwork & administration
8. Training & Development of employee
Competencies:
1. Implement of human resource (HR) practices by integrating local and international requirements, guidelines and best practices
2. Facilitate onboarding programmes to enable the integration and engagement of new hires into the organisation
3. formulate overall employee communication strategies and facilitate conversations to ensure effective and timely dissemination of pertinent information to employees
4. collect human resource (HR) data from employees for the purpose of generating business and HR insights
5. identify opportunities to digitalise data, processes and practices
6. develop digital outreach plans and marketing collaterals to communicate and enhance the organisation's employer brand
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
