**1. Attachment / Traineeship Description**
This position reports to the Digital Manager and support Singapore E-Commerce market operations.
Fine Today Singapore is a carve out from Shiseido Singapore and distributes well known brands such as SENKA, TSUBAKI, and more.
**2. Specific Responsibilities**
- Support on regional eCommerce marketing data reporting and recommend actionable insights within the eCommerce team to grow brand market share and sales
- Support in regional brand campaigns & innovation launch / renewals asset creation and guidelines
- Support on creating Singapore market as a pilot country to test ideas and develop best practices for the region
- Familiarize with Singapore eCommerce seller centers and dashboards to draw insights
- Regular monitoring of regional campaigns and reviewing against key performance marketing metrics and evaluate profitability
- Monitor and ensure content / execution excellence on regional eCommerce platforms
**3. Technical Skills and Competencies**
- Must be comfortable with data collection and analytics
- Coordination and liaising with e-enablers
- Online monitoring of campaigns
- Competitior monitoring
- Briefing marketing / ad agencies
- Planning and execution of ecomm marketing activities
**4. Duration of Attachment / Traineeship**
6 Months
**5. Approved Training Allowance**
Fresh Graduates: S$2,500
Mid-Career, Non Mature: S$3,000
Mid-Career, Mature: S$3,200
**6. Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship**
This position is open for both recent graduates and mid career individuals (mature and non mature).
Graduates interested in this position should possess a Poly Diploma Qualification. Mid career individuals
- from any qualification level can apply.
- **Degree and above is preferred.**
