1. Role Description
- Exercise Physiologist Trainee

2. Specific Responsibilities
- Provides fitness and lifestyle assessment.
- Develop exercise prescription, provide instructions, and maintain ongoing re-evaluation of activity until discharge.
- Conduct one-on-one personal training and group fitness classes.
- Give presentations on the importance of exercise and increased activity, how to monitor activity, indications, and contraindications.
- Monitor patients during exercise, assessing equipment needs and providing recommendations to manager.
- Contribute to social media content/marketing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

3. Competencies
- Experience with working with people
- Experience with working out in a gym and/or other exercises

4. Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered
- 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance
- Fresh Graduates - $2100
- Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2100
- Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2600

6. Education Qualifications

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a diploma or professional qualfiication. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
