**What the role is**
- Estate Manager (Planning & Projects Team)

**What you will be working on**
- You will define customers’ needs and work on projects to drive operational efficiency and customer service excellence of the Sales Department. These projects range from creating dashboards / reports to monitor service delivery standards and provide business insights, to managing business IT solutions and ongoing efforts to digitalise the HDB flat buying process. You will also analyse home purchase trends and strategically integrate Singaporeans’ future housing needs into the formulation of new public policies, on top of providing high-level updates and recommendations to Management through regular stakeholder reports and presentations.
For a well-rounded experience, you will be occasionally rostered to supervise frontline counter operations and engage our customers. This will give you an in-depth appreciation of the HDB flat purchase value chain, and present additional opportunities to streamline the HDB flat buying process for both our customers and staff.
During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a customer relations manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats. During then, you will be involved in the administration and processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats; or conduct credit assessment, financial counselling, and assessment of re-housing benefits. Your duties will include the day-to-day interaction with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.

**What we are looking for**
- Good background in Estate Management, Communications or Social Sciences
- A few years of managerial experience
- Strong personal integrity, responsible and organised
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Versatile and resourceful
- Able to work independently and as a team
- A customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels
