**About the Job**
This role requires detailed planning,budgeting, execution, and management of hybrid/virtual/in-person conferences in the Asia Pacific region. Experienced in building and managing a team will be essential.
**You will need**
- At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity with medical society conference secretariat functions, speakers & delegates management, delegates recruitment, registration management, call for papers, database management.
- Day-to-day project planning functions, including overseeing elements such as website development, attendee management and P&L management.
- Coordinate and work with the project team to manage and oversee the logistics requirements among stakeholders, service providers, venue managers and attendees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details while multi-tasking
- To be able to work on holidays and weekends when required (off-in-lieu to make up for after office hours worked)
- To travel on short notice
