**Overview**
- The Assistant Contract Manager supports the Contract Manager in all aspects of contract administration and management. This role involves assisting with the management of running contracts and subcontracts on the project.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of the remaining contracts on the project, including terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Support the Contract Manager in reviewing and analyzing contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation on Variation upstream and downstream.
- Monitor contract performance and communicate with relevant parties to address any deviations from agreed-upon terms.
- Provide support in preparing reports and presentations related to contract management activities.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external parties involved in contract management.

**Requirements**:
