Responsible for sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers to get the best deals on quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services.

Monitor deliveries & coordinate with suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to the culinary studio in a timely manner.

Ensure sufficient ingredients and materials (takeaway box, disposable apron etc) are prepared for the classes.

Ensure non-consumable goods (e.g. cake/bread packaging, baking supplies, disposable aprons, etc.) are always in-stock.

Review existing processes and identify areas for improvement to maintain an efficient procurement process.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma in any field / Certification in F&B or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience

Able to use Microsoft Excel/Word/Google Sheets

Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills

Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
