**Customer Service**
- Greet and assist students and parents, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Address inquiries and concerns from parents and guardians in a professional and timely manner, whether in person, or over the phone.
- Gather and analyze feedback from parents and students to ensure continuous improvement of services.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary, maintaining a focus on positive experiences.

**Operations Management**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning center to ensure a smooth and safe environment.
- Track attendance, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of classes, ensure that students and teachers are promptly notified of any schedule changes and necessary updates.
- Proactively remind students and parents of class renewals, guiding them through the re-enrollment process and addressing any related questions.

**Administration & Coordination**
- Support the administrative side of enrollments, including managing student records, processing invoices, and updating databases.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of necessary resources.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with teaching experience for Primary School education (i.e. MOE, NiE, tuition centers, private tutoring); or Diploma degree in Early Childhood Development, Chinese Studies, or Linguistic or any relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of in customer facing working experience in an educational or service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating, managing, and organizing data records.
- Highly customer centric in understanding and profiling parents' needs for their students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating, managing, and organizing data records.
- Good team player who can collaborate with respective stakeholders (teachers, curriculum planning, operations, customer success team, etc.) in ensuring high level of customer experience.
- Able to read, write and communicate in both Mandarin and English to handle Mandarin speaking customers.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
