Center Director

1. Strategic Planning and Setup of New Centres
- Oversee the end-to-end setup of new centres, including location scouting, infrastructure, recruitment, and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure smooth and efficient centre launches.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet expansion goals.

2. Center Operations Management:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring high-quality delivery of educational programs and adherence to organizational standards.
- Drive enrolment targets through effective marketing strategies and community engagement.
- Supervise staff, monitor lesson planning, and ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and relevant regulations.
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child welfare throughout the center.

3. Student Success and Curriculum Excellence
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the curriculum is effectively implemented and tailored that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
- Monitor student progress and outcomes, implementing strategies to address gaps in performance.
- Organize workshops, events, and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience.
- Regularly review and update curriculum content to align with best practices and organizational goals.

4. Staff Recruitment and Development:

- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of center staff, ensuring a high-performing and motivated team.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities and performance evaluations to enhance staff capabilities.

5. Strategic and Financial Oversight:

- Prepare and manage centre budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track financial performance, ensuring the centre operates within profitability targets.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the center complies with all relevant policies, regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership capacity on overseeing entire operations of education center or related settings.
- Proven ability to manage, develop and motivate teams, as well as setting up and managing educational centres or similar facilities effectively.
- Experience in designing and delivering engaging educational programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and achieving revenue targets. Proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and operational management.
- Flexibility to travel as required for centre setup and operations.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred due to the nature of LingoAce’s language programs.

Pay: $6,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
