**Description**

KES - Singapore is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst for our ITC team. To maintain and continuously improve compliance programs in support of international trade activities and providing daily support to the ITC team in both tactical and strategic projects as needed.

APAC regional position supporting the trade compliance team with a focus on, but not limited to, trade document analyzation, creation, and subsequent recordkeeping in compliance with CFR 19, and providing other support to the team as needed in various trade compliance daily duties. This position has an opportunity for growth within the team, as the KES organization is dynamic and rapidly growing.

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:
1. Day to day assistance of trade compliance operations as needed: Broker’s Letters of Instruction, Certificates of Origin - all formats, Free Trade Agreement Analyses, All required recordkeeping for aforementioned documents as per KES & CFR.19 guidelines

2. Assistance in coordination of regulatory compliance with other internal responsible parties (e.g., Business Compliance Leaders)

3. Analysis of work of suppliers (e.g., Customs Brokers, gathering data, monitoring KPI’s)

4. Assist the ITC team in company-wide trainings related to trade compliance

5. Gathering data and otherwise assisting ITC team in strategic projects

6. Ensure the quality (accuracy, completeness) of trade data

7. Builds trust and exemplifies integrity; Complies with all aspects of the Code of Conduct and demonstrates consistency

8. Collaborates; Advances results through cross-functional partnerships within the business group, facilitates effective collaboration amongst coworkers and external partners

9. Maintenance and enhancement of processes and procedures on regulated trade activities (imports, exports, trade programs)

10. Auditing of trade related operational activities

3. Ability to proactively reach out to other departments as needed to procure data needed to complete projects
