We are looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Strategy Leader to join our client – a well-established aerospace company known for innovation, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to quality and compliance. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Logistics Planning: Develop and implement logistics strategies to drive freight cost efficiency, operational compliance, and service excellence.
  • Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives such as freight consolidation, packaging improvements, and outsourcing strategies to achieve significant cost savings.
  • Trade Compliance Leadership: Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs and IRAS regulations, including GST, import/export requirements, and documentation accuracy.
  • Audit & Governance: Act as the logistics audit lead across key domains—Global Trade, EHS, Quality, and Finance.
  • Digital Transformation Projects: Spearhead logistics transformation efforts including TMS, FBAP, and SAP S4 HANA system integration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, production, and digitalization teams to support continuous improvement and operational readiness.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee freight service provider performance and engage in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure service excellence and accountability.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or operations—preferably in aerospace or advanced manufacturing sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of Singapore's trade compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics systems such as TMS, FBAP, and SAP S4 HANA.
  • A natural leader with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive change, lead projects, and work collaboratively across departments.
