Note:

Working days: Generally Monday to Friday, Shift might be involved but no weekends.

Jobscope:

  • Responsible for developing and executing logistics strategies that optimize cost, compliance, and freight performance across the supply chain.
  • Leads logistics transformation initiatives, including digitalization, system integration (e.g., TMS, SAP S4 HANA), and process improvement.
  • Ensures regulatory alignment and audit readiness while driving long-term logistics efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute logistics strategies to optimize freight cost, compliance, and service performance.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives including freight consolidation, packaging optimization, and outsourced logistics planning.
  • Ensure trade compliance with Singapore Customs and IRAS regulations, including GST and import/export controls.
  • Act as logistics audit lead across Global Trade, EHS, Quality, and Finance domains.
  • Drive logistics transformation projects including TMS, FBAP, and SAP S4 HANA integration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support digitalization, continuous improvement, and operational readiness.
  • Oversee freight service provider performance and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.
  • Comply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in audits and inspections as and when required. · Attend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility for safety

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SAP (preferably S4 HANA), TMS, and logistics platforms
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for reporting and analysis.
  • Familiar with Singapore Customs procedures, GST regulations, and global trade compliance.
  • Good understanding of supply chain / lean manufacturing concepts.
