TCI Express Pte Ltd is looking for a Manager, Research and Development who will spearhead research and development initiatives within the transportation management and logistics sector. This role focuses on developing innovative logistics solutions and enhancing the company’s ecosystem to promote operational excellence and competitive advantage.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends and dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of standards, practices, procedures, and tools to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead the implementation of innovative logistics solutions tailored for customers.
- Research new technologies to support advanced logistics and transportation solutions.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve yield performance.
- Develop innovative strategies and solutions to enhance customer service and create value.
- Identify risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to ensure continuity.
- Create solutions to address operational gaps and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Forecast customer needs to better tailor offerings and improve competitiveness.
- Collaborate with customers to co-develop solutions that enhance service offerings and competitiveness.
- Utilize data analysis and research findings to propose effective solutions and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Research and Development within the logistics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
