Responsibilities

  • Manage full-spectrum of financial and accounting functions (AR, AP, GL and other balance sheet items)
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end & year close activities and analysis, consolidation and tax & statutory reporting
  • Handle IRAS quarterly tax submission requirements, including GST and withholding tax
  • Responsible for ensuring adequate internal controls over the company's accounting and financial procedures
  • Support Financial Controller in process improvement project and internal controls implementation
  • Monitoring cash flow and prepare cash flow projection
  • Review of documents such as sales invoices, receipts, suppliers invoices prior to approval of payments and bank reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF and Tax filings for all employees
  • Analysis business and financial performance
  • Assist Business Partners to make strategic decisions impacting Company's profitability through cost analysis , vendors analysis and customers analysis
  • Manage general and ad hoc office matters, including filing, IT-related tasks, and procurement of office necessities
  • Oversee human resources administrative tasks which includes recruitment, onboarding, annual leave administration & processing of payroll, staff claims of employees and submission of any government grants
  • Any other HR/Admin works assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance or recognizable accounting qualification and CPA certified
  • Strong accounting and reporting knowledge
  • Dynamic and bright personality with a positive attitude. A team player with good organization skills and an eye for accuracy and detail
  • System-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent writing with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Possess HR and Admin experience
