**Business Analyst (Finance)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with Finance and other departments to gather and understand business needs
- Improve and streamline finance processes for better efficiency
- Document business processes, system requirements, and solutions clearly
- Use tools like Power BI to create reports and dashboards for decision-making
- Support simple automation (RPA) to reduce manual work
- Analyze data to find trends and provide insights for the finance team
- Assist in implementing and supporting finance systems
- Train users and provide support for new systems and processes
- Manage system access for tools like SAP (Finance Module), Esker, Qlik Sense, and Finance SharePoint

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree with over 10 years of finance experience, including 3+ years as a Business Analyst
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and comfortable working with IT systems
- Experience with SAP S4 Hana, SAP Concur, or SAC is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work well with different teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
