**We are looking for a seasoned, ethical, and highly organized HR Finance Manager to lead and provide oversight to our HR and finance teams**
**Responsibilities**
**Account/Admin : 80%**
- Input invoices into the Xero platform.
- Process petty cash, and staff expense claims, and ensure all payments made are captured in the system.
- Liaise with the internal operations team and vendors regards invoices.
- Input stocks into our operations system.
- Any other ad hoc accounting assignment assigned by the accountant
- Stock take.
- Generate reports
- Assess our staffing needs and track time-to-hire and recruiting costs, including expenditures on sourcing, advertising, and onboarding
- Audit closing sales and redemption revenue of the clinic.
**HR : 20%**
- Manage total headcount of 35 staff
- Maintain and monitor staff leave (annual leave, medical leave, etc).
- Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Process monthly payroll and CPF Submission including attendance checking and overtime processing with HR software.
- HR administration such as data entry, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
- Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims and others
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- More than 3 years of relevant HR and accounts experience. More accounts experience and managing retail.
- Experience retail or F & B industry preferred
- Process at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/ACCA or equivalent will be a bonus
- Excellent Knowledge of bookkeeping and statistics and attention to detail
- Familiar with account software such as Xero
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
