**Recruitment and Staffing**:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.

**Employee Relations**:
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
Facilitate communication between employees and management.
Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

**HR Policies and Compliance**:

- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure HR processes align with policies.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle employee documentation, such as contracts and agreements.
- Manage HR databases and systems.
- Salary calculation

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month
