The position will be responsible for delivering an integrated, comprehensive and focused HR partnering to the business in Singapore. The role will contribute to the successful delivery of the Group-wide HR and organisational development strategies, promoting a professional image and value creation of the HR function in all business interactions.
Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, evaluating and implementing all human resources policies, programs and practices, as well as managing the employee relation matters.
Driving the end-to-end and enhancing employee experience though talent acquisition process, Performance and Talent development programs.
Oversee and manage a team of 2 members on the secretarial office administrative function.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Business Partner**
- Build strong relationships with the business providing counsel and support to line management in the development and implementation of key HR initiatives
- Work with the line management and HR leadership team to understand the strategic direction of the business function and to evaluate the HR implications
- Contribute to the development of a people plan for the business to support the achievement of the HR strategy. Design, development and implementation of the organisation structure to meet current and future business needs
- Employee and Manager education on total reward, job banding and talent development program
- Manage and participate in the annual budgeting and planning exercise
**HR Policy/Process & Compliance**
- Develop and/or maintain a comprehensive set of HR policies, programmes and initiatives that will support the achievement of the business strategy and plans
- Ensure that all HR programmes and initiatives are communicated, understood and implemented consistently across the business
- Challenge and propose recommendations current operating practices in order to facilitate business improvement and to reflect the requirements of the business function and organisation
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and alignment to broader PR Group policies
**Performance, Talent Management & Development**
- Work with the leadership team to identify talent and succession pools within the business
- Develop staffing plans and coordinate the full recruitment process (hiring to on-boarding), as well all to monitor and report on recruitment status
- Ensure job banding evaluation and review with manager and regional HR team for approval
- Ensure the preparation of an annual training plan, budget through training gap analysis, and identify adequate resources including people and programmes to carry out the plans
- Manage the annual performance review process, bonus and merit increase exercise to ensure that the company is externally competitive and internally equitable
- Oversee HR operational activities such as monthly payroll, annual tax filing returns, exits & separation matters, annual surveys submission (Mercer/Government related surveys)
**People Management, Secretarial & Office Administrative Function**
- To lead the office administrative function with the support of Office Admin Executive to ensure smooth delivery of daily office operation matters & projects
- To oversee the Executive Assistant in managing all secretarial support matters to the key management committee team & to guide on company engagement activities
**Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal with positive mindset
- Self-starter, independent and creative problem solver
- Ability to multi-task and prioritization
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- People management skillsets
- Experience in FMCG related industry would be preferred
