Responsibilities
Assigned with customers as Key Account Executive
Review incoming enquiry
Sourcing of items from overseas & local vendors and manufacturers
Follow up quotation with customer
Processes customer orders
Create/issue PO & GR to vendors and manufacturers
Arranging delivery of orders to customers
Coordinate documentation for shipment
Assist Accounts Department to follow up on payment
To maintain good relationship with customers
To achieve sales budget / targets
Assist colleagues during their absence
Any other ad hoc assignments
**Requirements**:
Min Diploma / Degree holder
At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the same industry (not a must)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Committed, responsible and aggressive
Positive working attitude
Team player
Proficient in MS Office
Valid Class 3 driving license & possess own vehicle (preferably)
Willing to travel overseas

**Working hours**: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5.30 pm)
**Working location**: Pandan Road
**Company’s transport pick up / drop off point at Clementi MRT station
