
Key Account Executive

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Key Account Executive to join our growing business in Asia. The role will have ownership of existing customers and new and emerging customers across multiple countries within Asia, with the support from the Region Manager for Asia.
This role is well suited to an individual with previous sales experience, who is looking to step into an agile work environment where they will be empowered to make decisions, take on more responsibility and have a tangible impact on a growing business.
Reporting to the Region Manager (Singapore based) your primary duties will include:
- Support Asia Region Manager with designated customer/ customers identified to deliver budgeted sales, profit and volume targets
- Foster excellent commercial relations with distributors as well as key, commercial personnel, and be the day to day contact for account execution
- Provide account support as required to the Asia Region Manager to maintain industry leading customer service levels across our key accounts
- Grow AVL’s portfolio with distributors and identify/deliver new opportunities for products or new business
- Ensure implementation of appropriate customer specific sales and trade marketing initiatives (with guidance from the Brand Activation Manager) that support our marketing and customer objectives
- Help build appropriate promotion plans/campaigns around key trading periods to ensure share of shelf space is achieved
- Liaise regularly with the commercial and supply teams to ensure all orders and service levels meet customer requirements
- Attend key customer meetings with the Asia Region Manager and play an active role in the preparation and follow up to these meetings
- Liaise and work collaboratively with AVL colleagues in Finance, Marketing and Supply to ensure all account objectives are met
- Assist in the collating of sales data & marketing collaterals for customers
- Prepare SOH reports (Asia); to be updated and delivered to team and proactively recommend new productions to ensure no OOS
- Utilizing data sources (both internally and externally) to drive commercial decisions and successful outcomes with key customers
**We are looking for**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**:Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English. Written & Spoken Mandarin desirable but not essential. This role requires a substantial amount of stakeholder management, internally and externally.
- **Strong commercial acumen**:We are looking for someone who is excited to dive into the numbers side of the business and deliver successful, commercial outcomes.
- **Agility**:As our business continues to grow, we are looking for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and high-pact roles.
- **Attention to detail**:It is essential that this person is able to operate with a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to deliver, consistent, high quality work.
