**Responsibilities**:
Trust & Safety team is dedicated to building a safe environment for users to discover and create on content platforms. As a strategy manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will have the opportunity to work with teams of product managers, policy managers, data scientists, operations, and various relevant stakeholders to identify strategic priorities for LIVE safety and drive change initiatives.

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide program management support to the LIVE safety business, take ownership of cross-functional project initiation, planning, and implementation to deliver the expected result;
- Proactively identify the potential risks of projects and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve the issue.
- Diagnose the existing organization, workflows, and projects to generate structured insights and solid suggestions related to operational excellence.
- Act quickly with logical thinking in the face of immediate/urgent tasks by effectively integrating resources and connecting each team to systematically approach and solve the problems;
- Host core meetings and structure LIVE Safety's highlights and blockers for effective XFN and leadership reporting.
- 3 years of project management experience, those with prior experience managing global projects or working in tech industry are preferred;
- Excellent communication and execution skills, can effectively handle cross-team collaboration, highly responsible, independent and resilient;
- Experience on data analysis, comfortable of interpreting data metrics;
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.
