**Your Purpose**

Your role as Program Manager, Safety & Integrity will focus on designing, optimising, and operationalising scaled enforcement and safety solutions in partnership with relevant cross-functional teams

**Your Focus**

Your contribution will include:

- You will be building and leading a team of Safety Product Managers, to translate the trust &safety policy framework into enforcement and conceptualizing various safety strategies to further our Safety & integrity vision.
- Vision setting, driving alignment, and providing thought leadership in the Safety & Integrity domain.
- Leverage data driven platform insights, latest Industry intelligence to inform our enforcement and safety strategy.
- Provide thought leadership and differentiated safety strategy across formats including but not limited to video, comments, Video Streaming, etc.
- Lead safety by design centric product design and in-app feature development.

**Your Journey**

Ideally your career journey to date will have given you experience in or exposure to the following:

- 8 or more years of experience with product management or product design in compliance, safety, and trust related domains.
- 3 or more years of experience working on privacy products would be a bonus
- Global orientation and experience managing / working with virtual and remote cross region program management teams.
- Good understanding of abuse metrics and related insights.
- Lead by influence in driving alignment across and partner teams including product, engineering, marketing etc.

**Your Knowledge**

Given your epic background, you will have deep skills/ technical knowledge in Trust and Safety. As we are a global team to truly connect and collaborate, your business English skills are a must.
