**Responsibilities**:
Trust & Safety team is dedicated to building a safe environment for users to discover and create on content platforms. As a strategy manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will have the opportunity to work with teams of product managers, policy managers, data scientists, operations, and various relevant stakeholders to identify strategic priorities for LIVE safety and drive change initiatives.

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide solid support to the fast growing TikTok LIVE business, assist in the development of safety strategies, and oversee the implementation of high impact initiatives;
- Work closely with Product and Data Science teams to improve our performance metrics, set clear targets, and determine action items to achieve them;
- Deep dive into the landscape of LIVE safety, actively identify problems and opportunities, provide strategic solutions for short and long terms, and drive the implementation across teams;
- Enhance unknown risk detection abilities through data digging, community feedback, and public opinion monitoring.
- 3-5 years of experience in the technology industry/consulting/risk management/journalism, preferably with industry experience in livestream;
- Fast learner with strong analytical reasoning, curiosity, and acumen to business details;
- Excellent communication skills, can effectively handle cross-team collaboration, highly responsible, independent and resilient;
- Experience on data analysis, comfortable of interpreting data metrics;
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.
