**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**THE ROLE**
- Lead the finance team
- Tracking budget and accounting information, such as billing, collections and tax information
- Oversee the taxation affairs of the company and liaising with the external tax firm for advice
- Implement and advising on strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Conducting risk management analyses to ensure the company has a solid risk framework in operation
- Oversee the cash flow of the business and ensuring it has appropriate treasury controls in place managing the end-to-end audit process of current financial systems
preparing financial statements and business activity reports and presenting them to top executives
- Recommend cost reduction strategies and allocating budgets
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including quantitative analysis around Janio’s key business drivers
- Assess economic and Janio specific drivers and their corresponding impact on Janio’s financials
- Deliver forecast analytics and insights that result in a corporate perspective of the forecast/ budget
- Manage the budget and forecast calendar, coordinating with key stakeholders
- Actively seek opportunities to improve tools and processes
- Conduct in depth financial analysis in support of Board and management updates
- Prepare succinct and clear executive presentations that simplify complex topics with time sensitive deliverables
- Become an expert on Janio’s business and financial drivers
- Work closely with CEO on external reporting
- Develop partnership with stakeholders throughout organization
- Cross cross-functional alignment on finance processes and planning
- Conduct weekly meetings with functional heads on key business levers
- Lead and coordinate ad hoc requests from company leadership
**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Accounting. An advanced Degree (Masters) and/or Professional Accreditation is a plus
- A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience related to financial planning & analysis. Experience presenting complex materials in a succinct manner to senior executives to drive effective decision making
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across a breadth of stakeholders
- Strong customer focus combined with an in-depth understanding of the trends affecting e-commerce, global supply chain and technology trends
- Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint required
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- High level of commercial acumen
- Experience in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment/ SEA region/ technology/logistic industry is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and team building abilities
**Experience**:
- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
- working in logistic industry: 2 years (preferred)
