Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Singapore. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, focusing on outbound lead generation, qualification, and booking meetings.
You'll be familiar with modern prospecting and outreach tools (e.g., Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms) to leverage their AI capabilities and efficiently identify and engage decision-makers. Your work will directly fuel the growth of our sales pipeline, while senior staff will handle demos and closing.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach
- Understand the business goals of clients and customise digital solutions to provide measurable savings or revenue streams.
- Research and identify target companies in industries seeking digital solutions.
- Initiate outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and prospecting platforms (e.g., Lusha).
Lead Qualification
- Engage prospects to uncover business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Meeting Booking
- Secure qualified meetings for 's senior engineer and client services representative.
- Provide detailed prospect handover notes to ensure effective follow-up.
CRM & Reporting
- Log all prospecting activities, contacts, and outcomes in CRM.
- Track pipeline activity and share insights on prospect trends and feedback.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, or B2B technology).
- Strong communication skills — able to connect with senior executives over phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Resilient and goal-driven, with the ability to handle high activity levels.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset — eager to progress to Account Executive or Business Development Manager roles.
