This position bridges the growing market demand for personal improvement among working professionals with our in-house library of content from our team of coaches to offer date coaching, image consulting, as well as professional development. We strongly believe that to be your better self, you will need to continually improve your social and professional skills. Backed by in-house research and findings from our Paktor dating group, you get to touch the lives of many to introduce these content to working professionals. You are expected to reach out to corporates independently to promote our B2B services, and also meet our individual clients to upsell our Fleek services.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Understand the coaching needs of our clients
- Identify, source and cold call prospective customers (cold leads) and build positive relationship to generate future sales or referrals
- Prepare and provide coaching sessions and workshops
- Creating and managing physical and online workshops (includes certain weekends)
- Content creation (supporting topics, update existing contents, contributing to newsletters’ contents)
- Work with our team on the content and delivery of workshops
- Follow up with clients after the training programs
- Drive positive internal and external reviews
- Administrative work such as updating payment status, post session casenotes, etc
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in related business development fields, such as B2C or B2B sales with good track record
- Diploma or Degree in Business or Psychology and behavior, or relevant fields
- Any coaching qualification such as ICF, NLP or training certification ACTA, ACLP are all a plus
- Able to manage Powerpoint, Excel, Canva, Zoom, Google Meet, Mailerlite, Squarespace, etc
- Good B2B and/or B2C sales experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Savvy in tech tools and experience in running online and offline workshops
- Highly organized with a never-give-up attitude and an Entrepreneur mindset
- Able to thrive working autonomously and willing to support the team.
- Able to be comfortable in front of cameras for media interviews and internal filming
- Knowledge in social media is a bonus
- Required to work on certain weekends and required to travel time to time for recordings.
- Working hours: 11:00am - 8:00pm
