**Role**:
We’re looking for a
**Sales Development Representative** to join our Singapore-based team who covers the APAC market. You’ll be considered if you have familiarity with some of the responsibilities and qualifications below and want to grow and develop in a sales role at a growing software company.

**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively contact accounts in your territory to qualify, develop, and mature sales opportunities
- Discover needs at each level of your target organizations and match them with a well-articulated value proposition
- Use Sales Navigator and other research techniques to discover and qualify companies
- Create concise and detailed summaries of prospect’s business pain and infrastructure for Account Executives
- Update Salesforce with conversations, competitive intel, and decision-making criteria
- Contribute to regular Sales Development team meetings

**Qualifications**:
- Interest in learning sales processes and a consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to develop relationships
- Business awareness and capacity to challenge the status quo
- Ability to research and gather information on prospect accounts
- Great people skills/team skills, with an ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Business level Mandarin and English language
