
Business Development Representative

**Responsibilities**:
Small - Medium Business Penetration (Regardless of industry):
a. Identify and engage with brick and mortar/ mum and pop stores across Singapore to establish partnerships for powerbank rental services.
b. Conduct regular visits and presentations to introduce our rental solutions, emphasizing the benefits and potential revenue streams for store owners.
Business Development:
a. Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence within the mum and pop store segment.
b. Build and nurture relationships with store owners to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
c. Managing other existing sector of business.
d. Other task instructed by superior.
KPI-driven Sales:
a. Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to store acquisitions, revenue generation, and customer retention.
b. Continuously monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and drive results.
Product Knowledge and Training:
a. Maintain a thorough understanding of our powerbank rental products, features, and pricing structures.
b. Provide training and support to store owners and staff on product usage and rental procedures.
Market Analysis and Feedback:
a. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
b. Gather feedback from store owners and customers to identify areas for improvement and product enhancement.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the powerbank rental or related tech industry.
- Problem solving skills and pro-active
- Demonstrated success in penetrating and managing relationships with mum and pop stores.
- Good network and relationship with small - med scale business
- Resourceful, strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and preferably other local languages.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
