**Roles & Responsibilities**
As part of a small team you will coordinate closely with the management to make real change across the company and work on the following:
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to strategies and execute
- Travel to customer locations to meet and understand their needs
- Build sustainable and professional relationships with customers & suppliers
- Develop a sales pipeline
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the relevant businesses (aerosapce/electronics) to identify profitable business opportunities
- Coordinate between customers, suppliers and the production team to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Monitor costs, competition, supply and demand including relevant sales and marketing data to identify selling and purchase prices
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned customers
- Develop a detailed understanding of the current capabilities, gaps, and desired state of competencies for the team. Work with the management in developing relevant capabilities to target customers
- Manage suppliers and clients’ information and ensure that they are up to date
**Job Requirements**
- Preferably 2 years of experience with similar capacity in adjacent industries.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong sense of responsibility and drive.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Openess to travel and meet customers in-line with safe distancing measures.
- Driving license a bonus.
- Tenacity to succeed and self driven.
**Salary and benefits**
- Base salary of $2,500 - $4,000
- Commision as a percentage of profitable sales revenue
- Office environment (air conditioned)
- Claim based meal and transport allowance
- Well connected location at Kallang Place (Boon Keng, Bendemeer and Kallang MRT are all within 1 bus stop/walking distance)
