We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Client Lifecycle Management Country Lead.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Reports functionally to the Regional Head of Client Lifecycle Management GPB ASP and on Entity level to the GPB SGP COO and Regional Head of Client Services Executive
- Has country responsibilities in the areas of CDD/KYC/AML and implement change initiatives relating to client lifecycle in Private Banking and Private Trust business to support business growth whilst balancing regulatory requirements
- Provide day-to-day supervision to the country CLM team across client onboarding, periodic reviews and trigger event reviews to meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customers (KYC) and Tax Evasion risk requirements, including applicable Account Maintenance product and regulatory requirements
- Work with Regional lead to manage the Singapore CDD book-of-work that will be carried out in the offshore utility centre
- Lead the Gamma team in managing the smooth account closure of exit clients and/or provide ongoing servicing for these clients with constrained reasons to close accounts

- Degree holder, in Business, Economics and Accounting or Law preferred
- MAS registration as representative to conduct regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Act as supervisor of the Gamma team in relationship managing and providing client services to exit clients
- At least 10-12 years of experience in financial services industry or private banks with leadership experience in AML and client onboarding operations, processes and documentation in wealth management necessary
- Familiar with the regulatory landscape applicable to banking industry in particular Singapore
- Possess a good balance between risk management and client experience with sensitivity applied to onboarding various types of wealth / private banking clients, including complex structures
- A confident and effective communicator with clear articulation of the problem statement and solutions
- A positive and highly organized self-starter, with can-do attitude
- An analytical mind-set with ability to quickly assimilate complex information to resolve issues, via collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and communicate strategic direction to relevant teams
- A result-oriented leader with drive and proven execution capability to deliver change management and process re-engineering, leading the country CLM function to support business growth and continuously enhance client experience to be best-in-class in the industry
- Proven multi-tasking ability and deliver under tight deadlines with willingness to take on new responsibilities
