We are seeking a highly skilled Client Lifecycle Manager to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the strategic lead for the client lifecycle journey, ensuring alignment with business goals and transformation objectives.
- Champion the voice of the user across all stages of the client lifecycle.
- Identify and address friction points in the client lifecycle process through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to implement intuitive solutions.
- Monitor and improve user experience metrics across platforms and touchpoints.
- Drive initiatives that enhance client and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
- 10+ years of experience in user experience or product management, with a focus on client onboarding/lifecycles, and wealth management.
- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
