Client Lifecycle Management - Manager/Lead
Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic lead for the CLM journey, ensuring alignment with business goals and transformation objectives.
Champion the voice of the user across all stages of the client lifecycle.
Identify and address friction points in the CLM process through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate with technology and operations teams to implement intuitive solutions.
Monitor and improve user experience metrics across platforms and touchpoints.
Drive initiatives that enhance client and internal stakeholder satisfaction.
Streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies to improve turnaround times and reduce operational costs.
Leverage automation and digital tools to optimize processes.
Prioritize and manage the CLM Journey backlog in alignment with strategic goals.
Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and fixes through collaboration with product owners, adopting agile execution.
Promote adoption of new tools, processes, and platforms across teams.
Develop training and communication strategies to boost engagement and change readiness.
Ensure CLM processes meet regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to proactively manage risks and audit requirements.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in user experience or product management, with a focus on client onboarding/lifecycles, and wealth management.
Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience defining and executing change management plans, including training and communication artefacts, end-user training and reinforcement techniques to support adoption.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
