Client Lifecycle Manager

The Client Lifecycle Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end client experience, ensuring seamless service delivery and efficient management of day-to-day client interactions. The Client Lifecycle Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and address potential issues, maintaining a customer-centric approach throughout the process.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding: Ensure timely and accurate collection of client information and documentation, addressing any queries or concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Screening: Perform thorough screenings of clients against relevant lists, mitigating potential risks and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Enhanced Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth background checks and interviews with clients, assessing associated risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder with 3-5 years of experience in client lifecycle management, preferably within corporate banking.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results under minimal supervision.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with internal stakeholders and customers.
