
Client Lifecycle Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Client Lifecycle Management Lead.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the client lifecycle management journey, ensuring alignment with business goals and transformation objectives. They will champion the voice of the user across all stages of the client lifecycle, identify and address friction points in the process through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback, and collaborate with technology and operations teams to implement intuitive solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic lead for the CLM journey
- Champion the voice of the user across all stages of the client lifecycle
- Identify and address friction points in the CLM process
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams
- Monitor and improve user experience metrics
- Drive initiatives that enhance client and internal stakeholder satisfaction
- Streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies
- Leverage automation and digital tools
- Prioritize and manage the CLM Journey backlog
- Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and fixes
- Promote adoption of new tools, processes, and platforms
- Develop training and communication strategies
- Ensure CLM processes meet regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of experience in user experience or product management
- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience defining and executing change management plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach
