Client Lifecycle Approval Officer

Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Client Lifecycle Approval Officer.
The role focuses on maintaining client information that could pose ML risks to the bank. The contract is until end Dec 2025, with the possibility of extension.
The JobThe team is responsible for reviewing and approving ongoing data maintenance of end client accounts that may present ML risks to the bank.
- Review and approve data maintenance cases, especially for new roles within end client accounts such as Authorised Signatories, Power of Attorneys, and Ultimate Beneficial Owners. This involves plausibility checks, verification & corroboration of sources of wealth (SOW), and changes to account structures, in line with internal KYC and CDD guidelines.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and SOPs.
- Prepare periodic reports for Senior Management based on established requirements.
- Assist the Head of Post Onboarding Reviews with audits, compliance testing, regulatory inspections, and other assigned tasks in line with department priorities.
