**Your role**
- Are you interested in wealth management business and passionate to be part of the operations team for the world’s number one wealth manager?
- Are you interested in identifying the most effective and efficient approaches in operations supporting the APAC wealth management business?

We are looking for someone who can:

- Proactively support the wealth management APAC Operations in daily, weekly, monthly tasks and related projects. The roles could cover the following

Internal stakeholder requests which support multiple processes across the client lifecycle
Monitoring reports which assist with internal and regulatory controls
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of our operational requirements, including operational processing, controls, support of regulatory/audit responses, risk remediation etc when required.
- Analyze/escalate process issues to supervisor/manager and identify/suggest possible process improvements and automation where applicable.

- You’ll be working in Singapore Wealth Management Operations which provides exciting career opportunity for those who want to develop further in their area of expertise and provide know how across markets. We support the front business (Client Advisors, Investment Advisors and Relationship Managers) ensuring data, documentation settlement etc are maintained to a high standard. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.

**Your expertise**
- Good communication skills, i.e. able to articulate the operational processes and risks, able to handle queries from internal/external stakeholders appropriately.
- Attention to details, good data analytical skills and strong risk and control mindset.
- Team player with positive working attitude and demonstrates good learning agility.
- adaptable to changing market situations, technology and business needs with a growth mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience of the relevant banking product, accounting technics and principles, services and operational processes is a plus.
