**The Role**
- As our Head of Collections, you will lead our internal collection process while also managing 3rd party collection vendor relationships.

You will be responsible for all debt collection activities through all appropriate avenues, including outbound phone calls, negotiating the return of products, and payment arrangements with customers.
- Communicating with a high degree of empathy, you will build and establish strong relationships with customers by responding to customers’ enquiries, handling and investigating cases, and finding solutions for our customers.
- You create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt and develop goals that complement the company's overarching business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

Define the best collections and recovery processes, ensuring that these measures align with our customer-centricity focus.

The execution of collection and recovery activities, including ongoing vendor management.

Providing trends analysis and reporting on collections and customer behaviour.

Use technology to find efficiency by automating processes.

**Requirements**:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Excellent data analysis skills, including solid Excel skills.

Project management skills.

Willingness to try new approaches to get the appropriate outcomes.

Able to solve problems by thinking analytically, strategically, and creatively.

Strong initiative and sound judgement.

Excellent written and spoken English.
