**Job Purpose**:

- In charge of Branch’s IT network, servers and services
- To work closely with Information Security Officer and Head Office on ensuring Branch Information Security and operations comply with regulation
- To work closely with Head Office related to IT projects
- To provide IT support to internal users whenever necessary
- To assist in managing adhoc projects, audit inspections and remediation exercise

**Principal Responsibilities**:
IT Security
- Supervise and maintain branch IT infrastructure and network devices, keeping branch IT security comply with regulation and Head Office standard
- Review, Testing and Rolling out Security Patches to branch-wide without major impact to current operational structure
- Respond to IT-security related problems including Investigation, Provide Remediation and Incident Reporting
- Managing IT Security tools, not restricting to AV, DLP, SCCM, Web-Content Filtering, etc.
- Main Liaison for Maintenance of Singapore Branch BCP Site, BCP Coordination and Execution

IT Infrastructure
- Manage the network infrastructure of the branch
- Maintenance of all branch servers and backup devices
- Maintenance of all branch RTGS/Bloomberg/Treasury terminals
- Incident priority, response, resolution and proper escalation window
- Ensure third party services agreement or services are met with branch standard or requirement

Management and others
- Advice, Propose, Adopt and manage projects as instructed by local senior management and Head Office Information Security Team
- To strictly comply with MAS regulations, especially for IT security and Cyber Hygiene.
- Assist in managing adhoc projects, audit inspections and remediation exercise
- Strictly abide to the regulatory and branch regulation
- To seek, advice and implement improvements/innovations that are beneficial to the branch

**Key Competencies**:

- Prior IT team management experience in Banking industry.
- Well Verse with major market IT Security tools: Symantec, Trendmicro, Forcepoint, etc.
- Prior BCP or BCM experience, or with deep participation.
- Good sense of Information Security & Business Continuity.
- Good server and network troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and external parties of all levels.
- Good management of IT vendors.
- Good IT project management experience is preferred.
- Good team management experience is preferred.
