The Employee shall be responsible for the performance of such duties and functions as are commensurate with his/her position, which include but not limited to:

- Spearhead the strategic development of Jenfi in Indonesia, Vietnam and future new markets
- Identify and lead strategic partnerships and joint collaboration opportunities that are in line with Jenfi's corporate goals
- Establish pre-launch operations in new markets and assist in post-launch activities where needed
- Manage legal and regulatory work and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including strategic partners, financial sponsors, and government officials

The Employee shall be responsible for the performance of such duties and functions as commensurate as the Head of Collections, which include but not limited to:

- Develop and manage an effective collections strategy in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and future markets
- Establish SOP and infrastructure to support Jenfi’s collection strategy
- Monitor and report to executive management key metrics, including DPD delinquency, NPLs
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, such as external collections agencies
- Handle legal collections strategy, including Small Claims Tribunal proceedings and managing external counsel on legal actions
- Collaborate with credit underwriting team to improve end-to-end credit performance
