As our Head of Collections, you will handle our internal collection process while also managing 3rd party collection relationships. You are responsible for all debt collection activities through all appropriate avenues. You will define the best approaches and practices to follow up on outstanding credit and minimise profit loss while ensuring that these measures align with our customer-centricity focus. In addition, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt and developing goals that complement the company's overarching business goals.
- Key Responsibilities

Executing, reviewing, and improving credit processes and policies.

Vendor management including relationship building, negotiating, payment validating, analysis, and reporting to ensure standards of practice are met.

Identifying opportunities to utilise technology to automate and enhance processes.

Analysing trends and reporting on collections, consumer behaviour, and B2B performance.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.

**Requirements**:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant collections experience.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a positive customer service mindset.

A willingness to try new approaches to get the appropriate outcomes.

Able to solve problems by thinking analytically, strategically, and creatively.

Strong initiative and sound judgement.

Strong competence with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Excellent written and spoken English.
