**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a Customer Service Lead who is able to both be able to lead a team of Customer Service Staff and to provide high-quality customer service to customers, ensure smooth flow/response to inquiries, resolving customers' issues within reasonable time.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan & Manage Customer Support Team's shift roster (Both Part-time & Full-time)
- Manage a Team of Customer Support staff
- Provide first level support and customer service
- Provide quality service to clarify and understand customers' needs
- Identify and escalate issues promptly to relevant departments
- Manage and resolve customers' complaints
- Tracking and management of distributed prizes
- Moderate Chat-rooms to keep it friendly and cohesive

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Manpower planning experience is a must
- At least 2 years experience leading a Customer Service team
- Good knowledge of soccer
- Strong command of English is required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to multitask with strong problem-solving skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Able to commit to shift work
