Job Description:
As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences at our retail stores. You will oversee the daily operations of customer engagement and support, optimize sales opportunities, and manage merchandise display and replenishment of stocks.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support
• Optimize sales opportunities through effective merchandise management
• Supervise stock take and inventory management processes
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness

Requirements:
• GCE O level with 2 years of retail experience preferred
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Pleasant disposition and customer service oriented
• Good working attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
