- In charge of bin in process
- In charge of export process
- In charge of closing of work orders and invoicing to customer
- Review and maintain SOP/Work Instruction for customer service process
- Track and trace inventory movement and investigate discrepancy if any
- Data processing and reporting related to operation decision
- Monitor Export process and make arrangement for warehouse export overtime for shipment when needed
- Answer any customer query
