Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a prompt and professional manner, escalating complex problems to senior management as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience, reducing complaints and increasing satisfaction levels.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
