
HR & Payroll Assistant

Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Facilitate the employees in conflict an interest-based resolution that focuses on the problem and not people.
- Prepare employees workload data reports by assembling, and analyzing data
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, salary administration and coordinate performance appraisals
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field with experience in HR for at least 3 years
- Knowledgeable of HR practices and procedures and fluency with MS Office and relevant HR software
- Knowledgeable in employment labor law in Singapore. Indonesia and Thailand law is of advantage
- Fluency in both spoken and written English. Bahasa Indonesia or French is of advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
- Focuses on process and outcome of specific tasks
- Proactive, meticulous, responsible and good working attitude
- Can adapt in fast-pace working environment
- Loyal, honest and integrity
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
