**About the Company**

Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

**Responsibilities**:
We’re looking for a meticulous and experienced **Payroll Specialist** to be responsible for payroll matters for local and regional staff.
- Oversee and ensure that employee records are accurate in internal systems;
- Handle full-cycle payroll transactions for local and regional staff;
- Support verification of payroll related processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness;
- Update attendance for local and regional staff into internal systems;
- Compile reports on payroll and employee reports for management review;
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for payroll systems and processes;
- Communicate and work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance under audit and legal requirements;
- Address enquiries from both internal and external parties with regards to payroll, statutory contributions and other payment matters;
- Support business stakeholders or other Human Resource team members on other HR or administrative matters.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resource Management would be an advantage;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably handling both local and regional headcounts;
- Excellent knowledge of employment and tax regulations;
- Experience working with payroll software would be an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different levels of people within the organisation.
